Delivery Timeframes
Quick Commerce
Orders placed on Zepto and Blinkit are typically delivered within 10 to 30 minutes from the time of order confirmation, subject to availability in your area.
Standard Delivery
Orders placed on Amazon and Flipkart are delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your pin code and the platform's logistics partner.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary by platform and order value:
- Amazon & Flipkart:Free shipping on orders above ₹299. Orders below ₹299 may attract a nominal shipping fee as per the platform's policy.
- Zepto & Blinkit: Delivery charges are determined by the respective platform and may vary based on distance and order value.

- Pan India (Standard): Available through Amazon and Flipkart to most serviceable pin codes across the country.
- Major Cities (Quick Commerce): Zepto and Blinkit currently operate in select major metropolitan cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and more. Coverage is expanding continuously.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order directly on the platform you purchased from:
Go to Your Orders → select the order → click Track Package for real-time updates.
Go to My Orders → select the order → view the shipment tracking link provided.
Open the Zepto app and navigate to Orders to see live delivery tracking on a map.
Open the Blinkit app, go to My Orders, and tap on your order to see live tracking.
