Terms & Conditions

Effective: January 2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using GOODSELL's products and services. By purchasing our products or engaging with our brand in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing GOODSELL products through any of our authorised channels — including Zepto, Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, and any other authorised retailer — you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors interacting with the GOODSELL brand.

2. Products & Pricing

GOODSELL strives to provide accurate product information and pricing at all times. However:

3. Orders & Payment

GOODSELL products are sold through third-party e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. All order placement, payment processing, and fulfilment are governed by the respective platform's terms and conditions. GOODSELL does not directly collect payment from customers on these platforms. Any billing disputes, failed transactions, or payment-related issues must be resolved directly with the platform where the purchase was made. For direct corporate or bulk orders, separate terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

The GOODSELL brand name, logo, product names, packaging designs, website content, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of GOODSELL and its parent company. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any GOODSELL intellectual property — in whole or in part — without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of our brand assets may result in legal action. All third-party trademarks referenced on our platforms belong to their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GOODSELL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage. Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from the purchase of a GOODSELL product shall not exceed the price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or statutory liability that cannot be excluded under law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

7. Changes to These Terms

GOODSELL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or communication channels. Your continued use of GOODSELL products or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
