2. Products & Pricing
GOODSELL strives to provide accurate product information and pricing at all times. However:
- Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. Platform-specific pricing may vary and is controlled by the respective marketplace.
- Product images displayed on listings are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging or appearance may vary slightly from what is shown.
- We do not guarantee the availability of any product at any given time. Stock levels are subject to demand and supply constraints.

The GOODSELL brand name, logo, product names, packaging designs, website content, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of GOODSELL and its parent company. 5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GOODSELL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage. Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from the purchase of a GOODSELL product shall not exceed the price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or statutory liability that cannot be excluded under law.
